School’s first visit to China.
For the academic year 2015-2016 we set ourselves some challenges to raise the aspiration of students through opportunities; taking a group of students to China was high on our list of ‘must do’. Taking student’s to new places, experiencing different cultures and languages helps to build resilience and promotes leadership skills. It also raises students expectations and aspirations of themselves leading to higher outcomes.
This is a small group of students and we intend to build upon this but need financial support to subsidise the cost for families. We also do a number of fundraising events to support our wider opportunities for all.
