We are a group of University grads who have decided to take a play to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and we need your help to get us there!

The Story: When CB’s dog dies from rabies, CB begins to question the existence of an afterlife. His best friend is too burnt out to provide any coherent speculations, his sister has gone goth, his ex-girlfriend has recently been institutionalized, and his other friends are too inebriated to give him any sort of solace. But a chance meeting with an artistic kid, the target of this group’s bullying, offers CB a peace of mind and sets in motion a friendship that will push teen angst to the very limits. Drug use, suicide, eating disorders, teen violence, rebellion, and sexual identity collide and careen toward an ending that’s both haunting and hopeful.

The Objective: To share this incredible piece of live theatre with as many people as possible.  We believe that this play, this story, and these characters are unique and need to be shared.  We believe that the lessons and the experiences of this piece of fiction are much more true than many people realize and it's important for everyone to remember these kids. No matter if you're a teen just starting to find yourself, or an adult who feels like high school was a thousand years ago, it's important to listen to this story and remember that we are all human, we all have flaws. But we're also all responsible for our own choices.  And ultimately, you can choose to hate and hide, or you can choose to be stronger than that. You can choose to love.

What you can do: In this day and age, it's very difficult to accomplish anything without some sort of funding, but that hasn't stopped us yet!  We are determined to make this project work and we're asking for your help to do so.

Any donations you make will go towards:

- Production costs (set, costume, props, lighting, etc)

- Travel (it's hard to do a play in Edinburgh if we can't get there!)

- Festival registration

- Royalty fees (script and music)

- Promotion and advertising (posters, press releases, etc.)

We at Troupe of Herded Cats are dedicated to telling stories that we believe are important, because stories are and always have been how we as a people connect, grow, and make the world a better place.  If you want to help us do that, please donate! The smallest amount can make the biggest difference.
