Aim
An original staged production of Schubert's Winterreise within the story of Thomas Hardy's Tess of the d'Urbervilles.
In this production we take Schubert’s Winterreise, a song cycle traditionally performed by male voices, and funnel this through the female perspective of Thomas Hardy’s Tess of the d’Urbervilles.
We are reviving our 2022 production of Tess: A winter’s tale shortening the title to Tess to place this tragic heroine front and centre.
This show will take place in early 2027 at the Omnibus Theatre, London, UK - stay tuned for more updates!
