Support Ravenscourt Park Pre School

Aim

To ensure our wonderful pre-school can continue to provide high-quality, affordable education and care for 2-5 year olds.

Ravenscourt Park Pre-School has been caring for and educating 2-5 year olds in Hammersmith for over 40 years. Its a warm and friendly pre-school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted and which focuses on children's wellbeing, happiness and confidence.

It is about to embark on an exciting new chapter as it transitions to being run by a committee of parent volunteers.

In July 2017, the pre-school was threatened with closure by the national organisation running it. The parents, passionate about saving it as one of the very few affordable nurseries in the area, decided to form a parent committee and, alongside the dedicated and much-loved staff, take on the management of the pre-school.

In order to do this, we are looking to raise money to ensure the pre-school runs in a sustainable fashion without having to raise prices. We will use the money to improve the building and its facilities, making sure our children have the best possible start to their education.
