A final exhibition to showcase the work of (BA) Set Design for Screen students at Wimbledon College of Art, University of the Arts London.
Final year Set design for Screen students at Wimbledon College of Art are showcasing their work at the WCA degree show, opening on the 16th June in Wimbledon and transfering to the BFI as a pop up exhibition on the 27th of June until the 1st July.
We aim to give a visual taste of our specialism and show our audience designs and processes from behind film and tv sets through production design projects as well as fashion, installation and editorial projects.
The exhibition will include various interpretations through different media with a base in moving image using projections and interactive digital spaces and physical models, concept drawings and visuals, photography and parts of built sets.
The show is partially funded by events we have been hosting throughout the year but there is need for further funding to be able to realise our ambitious exhibition design and produce the best possible outcome.
The funding will go into various aspects of the show such as the build itself (flats, materials, paint etc), catalogue printing, equipment hiring, website domain and food and drink for the opening night.
