2014 saw Richard return from Afghanistan and depart service with the Royal Air Force to begin a career in CrossFit. Opportunity has arisen for Richard to fulfil his dream in 2015...
The Grid League is a fully professional, internationally televised compeition for fitness athletes. 9 US teams, for 9 US cities. Olympians, World Champions and CrossFit athletes compete head-to-head.
Richard has been offered an exclusive wild-card to attend the 'Pro Day' in San Fransisco to see if he has what it takes. Help him with flights, transfers and accomodation to make this happen.
