Aim

We seek to raise support for performances of three of Brian McAvera's 'Picasso's Women' at Art Galleries in 2017 & 2018.

This Crowdfunder and accompanying video seek to raise support for a production of three monologues featuring three influential women in Picasso's life - model and lover  Fernande Olivier, his first wife, Ukrainian Olga Khokhlova and the young blonde mistress Marie-Thérèse Walter.

Images of these three women appear in the 'Picasso Portraits' exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery until 5th February 2017 in the first major Picasso collection for 20 years.  The collection then transfers to the Musee Picasso, Barcelona.

With your support the production will be offered to art galleries and venues in the UK & Europe throughout 2017 and 2018.

Help breathe life into this project and become an 'Arts Angel' - pledge as a Picasso's Women Patron now and see this project live at The Riflemaker Gallery, London.

This project has been approved for funding through the Artists + The Crowd match funding. It has received a bridge of 25% towards its fundraising target from Arts Council England.

This project successfully funded on 24th March 2017
