General
1. This prize draw is organised and promoted by Waverley Care, registered charity in Scotland (Charity No. SC036500).
Entry
2. Entries open on Tuesday 24 May 2022.
3. Entries can be made online at www.crowdfunder.co.uk/waverley-care-prize-draw or by post, to Prize Draw, Waverley Care, 113 Oxgangs Road North, Edinburgh, EH14 1EB.
4. Each £5 donation will act as an entry into the prize draw. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.
5. Free postal entries must include your name, address and contact details. Each postal entry will act as an entry into the prize draw.
6. Entries close Thursday 30 June 2022. Entries received after Thursday 30 June 2022 will not be accepted.
7. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
8. This prize draw is open to all, except employees of Waverley Care.
9. Entrants must be over 18 and live in the United Kingdom.
The Draw
10. Winners will be selected at random using a computerised random number generator within 7 days of the draw closing.
11. Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and Waverley Care will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. Prizes will be delivered, by post or email, to winners within 14 days of responding to Waverley Care.
13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Waverley Care reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Waverley Care’s control makes it necessary to do so.
