The Prize

Win a full day session worth up to £580 with the artist of your choice at Fine Art Tattoo, a special prize for an even more special cause. All styles of work are welcomed in this studio, and our artists strive to create a bespoke tattoo of the highest quality.

The Cause

Our cause for this prize draw is the wonderful charity Angels4Dogs, a local animal charity focused on saving the lives of dogs from all over the world. Due to the high amount of dogs in need currently, the outgoings for this charity are usually very high and they rely heavily on donations from the public. Enter this prize draw and not only are you in with the chance of winning an amazing prize, but you might save a dogs life.

Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Fine Art Tattoo

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and entries must not be made anonymously. Any entry made anonymously will not be entered into the prize draw and the person will forfeit that entry.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

The Prize

The winning prize will be up to a full day session at Fine Art Tattoo with the artist of your choosing. The Value of the prize is up to £580, and is to be used by one person in one day. If the total value of the tattoo decided upon be the winner is less than £580, no monetary exchanges will be given to bring the total up to the maximum prize value of £580.

The prize is transferable in its entirety to one person other than the prize winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. A gift voucher can be provided if required.

Fine Art Tattoo's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

Our prize draw winner will be selected on Wednesday 1st November 2023 at approximately 6pm GMT. A winner will be selected at random using fair means to do so. We will do this on a live stream so please tune in on this date to see who our winner is!

Fine Art Tattoo will make two attempts to contact the winner.

If the winner does not respond to the correspondence informing them of their win within 14 days of the second notification, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Fine Art Tattoo reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Fine Art Tattoo for the purposes of administering the competition.

Limitation of Liability

Fine Art Tattoo accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Fine Art Tattoo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions.
