Gift a Ticket, Share the Joy: 100 SpongeFest Tickets for Our Community

At its heart, SpongeFest has always been about community, connection, and coming together to celebrate life, music, and togetherness. But we know that right now, for many individuals and families in our local area, times are genuinely tough. When household budgets are stretched thin, the very first things to go are the simple pleasures—the days out, the live events, and the moments of relief and joy that keep our collective spirits high.

We firmly believe that financial hardship shouldn't mean feeling isolated or missing out on the warmth of our community. That is why we are launching this fundraiser to gift 100 SpongeFest tickets directly to local people who deserve a great day out.

Where will these tickets go?

We are committed to making sure every single gifted ticket goes to someone who will truly benefit from it. The 100 tickets will be distributed fairly across three key groups:

• Local residents who are currently navigating difficult financial times.
• People who attend our support groups, giving them a chance to relax and connect outside of regular sessions.
• Partner local charities working on the front lines every day to support individuals and families in need across our neighborhood.

Our overall goal is to raise £1,000, which will enable us to purchase and gift all 100 tickets. The best part? Just £10 is enough to gift a full SpongeFest ticket to someone in need.

If you can’t attend SpongeFest yourself this year, donating £10 is a wonderful way to still be part of the festival's spirit by gifting your spot to someone else. And if you are already planning to come and can spare an extra £10, your generosity will double the magic by bringing a local neighbor along who otherwise couldn't afford to be there.

Every £10 donated puts a physical ticket straight into the hands of someone who could really use a day of laughter, music, and community connection.
