I've been working in Bristol since 2003 where I have had the pleasure and privilidge to work with and learn from some great chefs. I am making the big leap and set up entirely on my own - with a restaurant squeezed in to a 2m x 6m shipping container at Bristol's Wapping Wharf development http://wappingwharf.co.uk/cargo. Lemonade will serve around 6 experimental, high quality burgers, hand cut fries and a range of speciality lemonades and I'm asking for your help to get me there!
My burgers are no stranger to Bristol with one of my trademark creations, The St Werburger, making it into a Bristol top list https://www.getawriggleon.com/magazine/bristol/top/the-best-burgers-in-bristol. My food is inspired by the love of making people happy and creating something fun, extremely tasty and memorable.
I am hoping to raise £3,000 which will go so far in helping to raise Lemonade and give a small, independant business the best possible start. Your pledges will help pay towards the fit out cost and go towards the equipment I need. The money will pay local tradespeople to fit a floor, create a counter, tile walls and sort the electrics and plumbing. It will also purchase some of the all-vital cooking equipment.
In return for your support and pledges I'm offering a range of rewards including; meals at Lemonade, an invite to the launch party and even a visit from me to cook a private dinner for you and three friends in your own home.
Lemonade focuses very proudly on being raised in Bristol by; using local suppliers and tradespeople, and offering employment opportunities. It will also be environmentaly responsible and transparent in its operation.
