Support grassroots organising by giving to ordinary people to change the political climate into one that upholds social justice.
Kilombo UK, part of the Kilombo Network, invites you to become a sponsor for our 3rd Kilombo International Conference 2015 themed “Africa, Africans and Social Justice”, to be held from the 18th to the 20th of September 2015.
The Project Aim
This Conference is about bringing together grassroots community activists who share an interest in a self-sufficient Africa. The conference will see activists share ideas, learn by sharing success, failures and experiences. The Kilombo International Conference will continue to oppose the militarisation and proxy wars on the continent and in the Global South. It will encourage democratic participation by the marginalised such as women. Kilombo Outposts from across the African continent and the disapora will give reports on their various activities in moving the Kilombo vision forward.
The conference package also inlcudes a sightseeing trip on 21st September to some of Ghana's renowned tourist destinations.

As you know, grassroots activists on the continent and in the diaspora do not have the disposable income to attend gatherings such as this. However, with your support we can ensure the widest possible attendance and participation.
So we need YOU, to donate and support The Kilombo Project in engaging in a much needed gathering of progressive activists.
Workshops at the Conference include
Ghana Street Parliament
Food Justice
Resisting GMO Foods and MONSANTO
Sustainable Energy
The Militarisation of the Continent - Anti-war
Planning and Executing Campaigns
Organisational Skills
Lessons from History - Pan African and Internationally
We need support to help us move the continent into one that sustains itself and is not manipulated by international financial institutions.
Conference Brochure can be found here - if you are interested in attending email us at [email protected]
