Joe Way Paddle for Life 2017

Joe Way Paddle for Life is back for it's 10th year, raising money for local causes with the event at Newquay Harbour on 22nd June...

We did it!

On 26th Jun 2017 we successfully raised £1,295 of £1,000 target with 31 supporters in 35 days

The paddle for life started after Lifeguards from Fistral beach held a “Joe Way memorial paddle” to raise money for the Precious Lives Appeal to build a children’s hospice in Cornwall in memory of Newquay toddler Joe Way.

Joe is the inspirational little boy who touched people's lives around the country and beyond.

His story of hope and fighting against all the odds with a cheeky smile has made what could have been the worse of times the best of times.

His story continues to inspire individuals and business to do something positive and to make a difference.

All the money raised goes to charities, and over the last ten years over £139,000 has been raised for great local causes.
