Aim

Our mission is to buy 100 sleeping bags & shelter for as many homeless people as possible for Christmas.

Hello and welcome to The Bare Necessities Campaign! 

Following the death of a homeless man on December 1st in the city centre of Birmingham, myself Stelios from Smooth Detox and Liam Joe from StressBox have decided to team up to practically support more inner city homeless people.

Our mission is to get as many homeless people off the streets around Christmas time as we can.

If we get a massive influx of funds and everyone in the inner streets sleeps safe on Christmas and New Year, we will use any left over towards long term sustainable projects like helping homeless with getting jobs.

There are four aspects to the ‘The Bare Necessities Campaign’  they are as follows…

• 10 percent of all my smoothie profits in-stores in December will go towards getting homeless off the streets this Christmas.

• Myself and Liam Joe will be sleeping rough on the streets, this will give us a slight glimpse into the suffering that is happening around us and how we can prevent it.

•  We will spread awareness to the campaign by placing posters in shops across Birmingham with all the logos of businesses who give £100 or more towards the cause. It will read, “The Bare Necessities Campaign. Working together, getting homeless off the streets this Christmas. Thank you for allowing this to happen.”

• Liam Joe will host FREE Stressbox classes throughout December in gyms and local night clubs who want to support the campaign. Bring your friends, family and colleagues to personally donate and show practical fitness support.

100 percent of funds will go towards helping the homeless.

If you have a roof over your head and you know when your next meal will be then lets help those that don’t have this luxury. One act of kindness can make all the difference.
