Festival Too was born back in 1985 when members of the King's Lynn business community decided they wanted to put on a free music event for the people of West Norfolk. The event continues to be organised by and run entirely by volunteers from the community FOR the community.
Over the past 30+ years Festival Too has grown to be one of the largest free outdoor festivals in Europe, entertaining hundreds of thousands of people.
Festival Too is totally non-profit making. Every single penny raised by bucket collections or sponsorships is put directly back into the festival to provide quality free entertainment for the community. The festival features a fireworks display on the first evening and a full programme of street entertainment for the three Saturdays of the festival so that families visiting the town can enjoy street entertainment including clown shows, jugglers, puppet shows and more.
During its 30+ years, Festival Too has bought acts such as The Vamps, Gabrielle, Scouting for Girls, The Fratellis, The Pigeon Detectives, Hayseed Dixie, The Stranglers, Edwin Starr, The Hoosiers, The Beat and much more to West Norfolk.
In uncertain times and with festival costs rising, we now need your support more than ever. This year alone we have had to replace the festival staging at a cost of £20,000.
Our crowdfunding campaign offers fantastic rewards to those able to help us reach our target. Rewards include front row tickets, tickets to our sponsors evening, tickets for the Back in the Day After Party, T-shirts and more - everyone donating £10 and over will also receive a special Festival Too wristband which will entitle them to discounts in stores and businesses across King's Lynn and West Norfolk.
Please support Festival Too and help us secure its future for coming years.
