Dance / Fitness Studio Development York

Aim

Our aim is to create a large studio space, suitable for Dance, Fitness, Yoga and more at En Pointe Studios in the York Community.

Creating a space for magic to happen.

En Pointe Dance school was established in 2013. The popularity of the training we offer meant the school grew and developed quickly. In 2016 I took out a huge personal loan to create a space we as a dance school could call home... our own dance studios were built, and the dream became a reality.

The En Pointe studios were born! Well, at least half of it was anyway! We currently have downstairs studios but with the popularity of the dance classes we offer growing, there is a demand and need for more studio space ... and this is where you can help!

It will cost over £30,000 to create the upstairs studios. I am prepared to (again) get another personal loan, but this time would really love to some help and support. We are asking for donations of half of the money needed (£15,000) to complete the dream, develop the studios and help the passion of all these young dancers grow.

Our studios are open to hire to the puplic for fitness classes, zumba, Yoga and all things similar, so I feel this would be a real asset to the York community.

Dance benefits children and adults in so many ways, it helps confidence, self expression, fitness and health, and friendship building, among other things. We have won the Best Dance classes in York Awards, by Little vikings, 2 years running, and are in the running to win this year also, so we know, we must be doing something right, and by giving our students and the community an even better space, its our way of saying thank you for all the support and our way of developing the future generations.

We are looking for the support of local businesses as well as personal donations, so please, spread the word!
