Recover course to its former glory following Storm Aileen.
Following the heartbreaking landslides and flooding caused by Storm Aileen we require urgent assistance to recover and repair course to its former glory. Watching parts of the course flood and the landslides from the hills cause huge damge to the golf course was devastating for the whole community who use it not only for golf but dog walking and general use.
The course is an important part of the local community and is used by a large number of people in and around Cullen aswell as tourism with many coming from far afield to play this unique Old Tom Morris designed golf course.
The local community has come together to get the initial clean up going but without financial backing it is felt the impact may be massive for the club.
