**Seeking support replacing nets destroyed by storm**

Buckingham Town Cricket Club understands and values it’s position as a ‘hub club’ for the small towns and villages within the area it sits.  The club runs four senior teams as well as more than ten junior teams, for boys and girls aged six and above.

During any given week, hundreds of people use our facilities as we seek to be the best possible asset to the community, while also promoting the sport we love.  As well as for our members, we are very pleased to open our doors to local schools, the University, local village teams and a variety of voluntary groups.

The storms that took place during the summer of 2016 destroyed the club nets leaving the members and guests in a very difficult position.  Club finances do not allow us to replace easily so we are in the process of applying for a grants.  A best case scenario will still not get us there and it is to this end that we are kindly seeking your support, any donation helps, even as little as £1.
