Beard Construction - Bidwells Bike Ride

Beard Construction is participating in the Bidwells Golden Triangle Bike Ride fundraising for 6 special charities.

Beard Construction is cycling as part of the Bidwells peloton on their ride from London via Oxford and Milton Keynes en route to Cambridge.

Much of Bidwells work is concentrated in the ‘Golden Triangle’ encompassed by Oxford, Cambridge and London  and we’re excited to be helping Bidwells raise money for their partnered charities who do great work in the area.

Our charity partners

Rosy offers respite nursing to terminally, acutely or chronically ill children and babies in their home. Bidwells has supported Rosy in providing nurses, medical and sensory equipment, specialist toys, counselling for families and leisure facilities for sick children and their siblings.
Each is a local charity assisting families with children and young people facing life threatening conditions. Bidwells has been proud to support these children and young people through the stress and strain illness places on them and their families.
CHAS is a charity that provides the only hospice services in Scotland for children and young people who have life-shortening conditions for which there is no known cure. CHAS runs two children’s hospices, Rachel House in Kinross and Robin House in Balloch, and a home care service called CHAS at Home.
Starlight grants wishes to seriously and terminally ill children and entertaining over half a million children every year in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.
Leo’s Appeal is Fundraising for Milton Keynes Hospital Charity, aiming to raise £200,000 to enhance children’s services at Milton Keynes Hospital, because we want to ensure every child admitted to us receives the best care possible.
