Help us print & launch the 2nd issue of AZEEMA magazine, which continues to explore strength & femininity with MENA & Women of Colour
AZEEMA is a fashion & culture print magazine (run by a very little team of 3) which explores strength and femininity within Women of Colour, with a focus on Middle Eastern/North African women.
We aim to empower, represent, inspire and bring together women and fellow creatives through the use of print and digital media.

AZEEMA began as an idea of being a place inclusive of Women of Colour and knowledgeable of Islamic faith, African and Arab culture, a place which challenged current stereotypes and representations, something that embraced and celebrated women and their cultures.
This idea was launched in May 2017, in the form of the 'Habibi' issue - 124 pages filled with stunning images and text which looks at societal issues surrounding diversity and representation.
After launching the 1st issue, we received an unimaginable amount of interest and support from individuals across the world which has given us the drive & motivation to produce a second issue that is even more amazing! We believe that the industry has recognised a need for a platform like AZEEMA and we want to continue to support, empower, raise awareness and be the voice for Women of Colour everywhere.
We have been working super hard the last 6 months to ensure that the 2nd issue is just as visually stunning, but also that the text is equally as strong. We have had the pleasure of interviewing some more incredible women with amazing stories and personal pieces to share. We can't wait for everyone to read them.
The 2nd issue centres around themes of identity, self-love, beauty and a sense of belonging. It is a truly beautiful issue containing a lot of love, passion, honesty and emotion. We are ready to share it with you all, however we now need some help in order to do so.
