**Please note each ticket needs to be bought in it's own transaction
This is just the start of the next stage in our journey - and we'd love you to be a part of it.
Along the way we'll be sharing more about our big plans for the future - and how we’d love you to be a part of them too.
At 21 years old, Abbeydale Brewery is thriving and still growing apace, with some of the best known beer brands in 'Beer City' Sheffield - and beyond. Having made increasingly ingenious use of the available space (as you'll see on the day) the truth is having made every possible use of our existing space we've outgrown it and are getting ready for a move to a spanking new, custom built, brewery nearby.
We have quietly grown from strength to strength, with your help, over the last 21 years. Thanks to you, there are all sorts of opportunities we want to explore and exciting ideas to pursue.
Our location has been a kind of 'open secret'.... tucked away, we’ve never invited anyone inside....
Now we're ready to show you exactly what we’re about, tell you a little about our exciting, ambitious, plans for the future - and the part you can play.
In case you're wondering if we know how to throw a party... For 10 years we have run the Sunfest festival up at the Rising Sun, which has gone from strength to strength and become a fantastic weekend we all look forward to.
Come and be a part of the next stage in our journey to a new, bigger and better brewery. Everyone celebrating with us will be the among the first to know about the exciting opportunities to come... very shortly now.
Can't Make It?
Don't worry - we don't want you to miss out completely - even if you're not available on the day. We've included some great rewards so you can support our project too - and we'll make sure you're kept in the loop.
You're the reason we have made it this far. The reason we can now put all our energies into moving forward, expanding into new areas and doing what we do best... making fantastic beers for you to enjoy!
A little bit more about us...
Our brewing story goes all the way back to 1996 when co-owner Patrick Morton and his father Hugh decided to pursue their mutual love of fine beer and put their faith and money into creating their very own brewery. 21 years on, Pat and his wife Sue are still very much at the helm here and have developed the business into a well-known Sheffield institution.
Since then we've grown steadily and we now make over 200 brewers’ barrels (that’s 800 of your typical casks you’d find in a pub!), every week. Nine different beers at any one time. As well as our core range of five cask beers and one keg, we release a special brew every single week, so keep our brewers very busy.
To produce our high quality beers, we seek out the very best ingredients and pay particular close attention to the brewing process. In our recipes, we mainly use pale malts - searching far and wide for the best. Our hops come from not just the UK but also much further afield. We don't make it easy - but then we do like an adventure and we love coming up with innovative and exciting recipes.
We have a close-knit, passionate team who LOVE beer in all it’s forms. This makes a huge difference in sharing ideas and means that the beers we create come about from this collaborative process.
Our reputation's built on making consistently good beer, looking after our customers... and not taking ourselves too seriously. As we move forward, and launch out on a new phase - with your help - many things will grow, and change. This will not be one of them!
So... Grab a reward - whether you can make it on the 6th May or not - and join us on the next stage of the adventure that is Abbeydale's next Brewery!
