We did it
On 20th October 2018 we successfully raised £90 with 3 supporters in 26 days

The Kolo Srpskih Sestara “Kosovka Devojka” in London are fundraising for the Zvecanska Centre for Protection of Infants, Children and Youth in Belgrade to buy new beds for the children to sleep in. Zvecanska has a long tradition (from 1879!) of temporary care for children of all ages who are unable to stay with their own family environment. Zvecanska cares for up to 528 children across seven facilities and is need of lots of equipment.

Anja Babic, 16, volunteered there during the summer and here are some words from her about her experience: “Last summer I had a privilege of spending two weeks volunteering in Zvecanska children’s care home in Belgrade. This deeply moving experience portrayed to me the sheer joy of having such an amazing opportunity to help these wonderful children, providing them with the warm affection and support that they both require and deserve.”

Zvecanska is a wonderful institution helping vulnerable children who have nowhere else to stay, so please donate generously so we can help them help our kids!
