The class will be 90min and on 8th September at 3pm at Yoga Body Centre E5 0QJ.
We will build a feeling of positive energy to carry us through the weekend and into Monday.
We will start slowly with a warm up and breathing practice to quiet the mind before working through a sequence of postures to strengthen and centre the body. Finally we will take a journey through the chakras during a guided meditation.
