At Bude Arts And Music, we believe in affordable and accessible arts for all .. and in July we want to give the people of the Bude area a whole weekend of just that.
We've got children's theatre, drumming workshops, street performers, art exhibitions, community art projects, acoustic music, live bands, 'Take Part in Art' projects, a craft market, craft workshops, a roller disco and a skate competition, all happening in the Crooklets area of Bude.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy, giving the community a chance to gather, meet and make new friends, as well as experience something new, be inspired and enjoy themselves.
It was really important to us to keep the weekend affordable, allowing the people who wouldn't normally be able to access these events, a chance to bring their families and enjoy these activities too. So tickets are £5, with under 10s being free. This means that ticket price alone can't cover our costs and we are looking for funds to make up the difference.
So if you believe that the arts and music play an essential role in community, that it should be accessible by everyone, and open to everyone, please please please, dig as deep into your pockets as you can, and support us on making this a weekend to remember.
