Not sure if everyone can read this, but only just found some time to access the Stats and want to say a huge thank you to all of you for donating and for the lovely comments. It can be daunting and disheartening sometimes to see the scale of the problem and the rate of change, but there IS change in the town and all your comments have given me a fresh impetus to keep going! Our main aim now is to achieve Plastic-Free Status (under the national, Surfers Against Sewage scheme) by late Spring. We have already achieved 2 out of the 5 Objectives and are on the way with the rest. Town Council are on board with a resolution to debate in December. Dave.
Dear Dave & Fight the plastic friends It was lovely to see you all the other day! My daughter Jiai goes to Clun school, i would love you to come to school & help educate our children for next generations too. Maybe we can ask some donation towards it as "Bring £1? from your pocket money? for fight the plastic Assembly???? I bet all the local school would invite you as part of enviromental education, which is very important I believe. Anyway hope all is well & the project is going well. Warmest regards, Kaori & Stephen & Jiai Richards
I admire all that the Fight the Plastic Campaign has achieved so far to raise awareness about how we can all make a difference and bring about change in our local community. I want it to receive enough support to enable it to continue to gain momentum and spread its life-saving message more widely. Thank you for all you have done so far on behalf of us all.
This project offers rewards in return for your donation.
