I love wild food and want to offer my support to deserving local businesses. Anything to fight the homogenisation of our country. Flavour is a primal connector to the land I’m in love with, and those doing things that honour and benefit Cornwall and put us back on the map deserve recognition. There wasn’t much point me going on a Foraging walk.
I really like the ethos behind what you are doing. It’s different and unique, but due to me living in London I haven’t had the chance to try your beers yet! I’m hoping the money you raise gives you the opportunity to expand the business and bring you closer to city boys like me. Keep up the good work! David
I've absolutely loved your ales, especially Queenie - which I first sampled at the Beer Cellar in Exeter on tap. Currently the closest I can obtain in bottle form is from is Vessel in Plymouth. Would be great if it's distributed to the wider market. I generally love the idea of foraged ales and whole-heartedly support a venture like this. Best of luck Stuart in this and all your future ventures.
I saw your brewery as ‘nearby’ on Untappd when I was on holiday in Cornwall earlier this year! Sadly I didn’t manage to track any of it down as Hand Beer Bar in Falmouth hadn’t heard of you and Red Elephant in Truro had nothing in stock! So I’d love to get my hands on a bottle of beer finally and wish you all the best with the brewery.
