I want to raise enough money for me to go with Projects-Abroad to Madagascar for a few weeks in the summer and volunteer in animal conservation centres in the area, aiding with research and conservation effort. As flights to Madagascar are so expensive, my student loan does not cover it. This is something I've been wanting to do for years now so any donations, no matter how small, would make a massive difference and I'd really appreciate it!
The volunteer programme involves wildlife conservation and research, as well as volunteering in the local area, i.e. in schools and doing construction work to improve the quality of life for locals. Any extra money raised gets donated to the conservation centres and the local area.
