'Who Wants a Rewind' novella for young adults

To raise some money to fund the printing of my novella for young adults 'Who Wants a Rewind?'.

We did it!

On 27th Oct 2014 we successfully raised £575 of £550 target with 13 supporters in 28 days

I need to raise £550 to cover the printing and promotion of 250 copies of my novella for young adults, set in suburban Essex, 'Who Wants a Rewind?'.

I am a local author, born in Romford, Essex.  I graduated in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, some years ago.  Since then I've been entertainment editor for UEA's website TSW; completed a script writing course run by Screen East/ Anglia TV; interned at two national dance music magazines, written music and fashion articles for another, and was selected for Talent Lab Media Hub at the University of East London.  I have also written a memoir and have poetry published.  I currently contribute to 'Wasteland' blog for Romford Contemporary Arts (R-CAP).

I have tried to get the book published via various channels, but the young adult market is notoriously difficult to break.  It was also deemed too unstable a financial climate to fund the story.

Contributors of £10 receive a mention in the book and on my website, plus a copy of the book.  Donations of £25 will receive a signed copy of the book, plus a mention.  Larger donations will receive special rewards, plus a signed copy of the book.
