Ultimately I want to reduce suicides in my area. There are various different strategies that I now use to help with my mental health nearly every day. Setting a goal like this is another step on an incredible journey which will of began a year in September, and I want to do even better this time round. I found my passion by boxing for MIND which was to break the stigma attached to anxiety and depression, having attempted suicide I now am dedicated to continue on my journey! I have appeared in local papers and radio in 2018 and I want to deliver my message as far as possible.
