Life and Loom is a community-based textile studio and healing arts space which brings together a group of textile artists with individuals who have support needs, including learning disability, autism and mental health conditions.   

As a social enterprise we offer textile arts and craft services to the general public, including;

Freestyle Art Weaving (3hrs)

Freestyle Art Weaving is your chance to sit at a loom and weave freely, enjoying each moment as it comes. There are no rules so the fabric you produce will be completely unique.

£40 or more

Custom Project Session (6hrs)

A Custom Weaving Project Session is your chance to come into our studio at a time that suits you and weave a tote bag, scarf, rag rug, cushion cover or a pair of shoe laces.

£100 or more

Studio Pass (20+ hours of weaving)

A Studio Pass gives you and your family 20 craft credits and can be used for freestyle art weaving sessions, custom project sessions, studio craft workshops and our Sunday weaving club (for children aged 6-17).
