1 week to go!
There are just 7 days left to run on our crowdfunder campaign. We are so appreciative to all of you for digging deep and making a pledge.
Having hit our target you may wonder why we are still pushing campaign?
In short, this is a one off opportunity for both us an you.
With you guys behind us we have been able to push on and bring the magazine back to its roots in Newquay. The first issue of Wavelength (issue 233) or more accurately, the first under our new ownership arrived in our new offices today. It will be landing with all current subscribers in the next few days before hitting the newstands on Monday.
As well as being able to focus on the Wavelength website, our editorial team are now setting to work on our crowdfunder August edition - this is the one that will have your photo on the cover if you have pledged on that reward. If you know of others that would like the same piece of surfing history, do give them a nudge!
We are also adding new rewards all the time, so keep an eye out for them too.
The phones have been non stop at our Wavelength HQ, and our creative team are already busy working on some excting new projects for Wavelength Media, most of these projects will feature in the mag as well as online. We are in no doubt that thanks to the editoral, photgraphic and video team we now have at our disposal, the quality of the contents will reach an new high!
Thanks to your support, we have been able to recruit some exceptionally talented people and with the overfunding we are now in a position to be able to keep our recruitment doors wide open. Now is your chance to get in touch if you would like join the Wavelength team.
This is an exciting time not only for Wavelength but for British surfing in general. Thanks to your support, so much of what we have planned is now within reach.
Thank you, thank you, thank you from all of us here at Wavelength Surf Magazine and Website.
