Today we have had more fantastic news!
Sport England will be supporting us with an enormous pledge of £10,000, which will be released when we reach our target. WE HAVE TO REACH OUR TARGET TO SECURE THIS £10,000!
You will see on our Crowdfunder page that our target has now been increased by £5,000 to £20,000, which will be made up to £30,000 with the Sport England Pledge.
For clarity, the grant we received from the RFU is restricted to repairs on the building and running costs – we are not able to use this for costs related to playing.
We still need help to get all our teams back out on the pitch playing.
The extra £5000 will purchase training equipment for all of our junior and adult teams and will also provide funds to improve and maintain the condition of our pitches which will be vital with the upcoming increase in games and training.
