I am cycling to fundraise for my Ghana trip where I will be spending 4 weeks shadowing and assisting doctors in this district hospital

by Tom Leigh in Dixcove, Western Region, Ghana

I will be cycling from Croydon to Brighton and hopefully back on the 29th of June. This is approximately a 100 mile trip, the same distance from Croydon to Calais in France. Dixcove Hospital is very understaffed and under resourced. Your donations will help the hospital and the wider community. Rather than a bakesale or Quiz night we decided to do a very long bike ride. This will be physically enduring for the pair of us, especially Sam who hasn't cycled on roads since Malawi (2011). 100 miles is nearly the distance of 4 marathons so basically we will be doing an ultramarathon on the bike.

Any and all donations would be much appreciated, no amount of money is to small.

Thank you / Medaase!
