120% Is Why You Should Give

We are adding an extra 20% to funds raised for programs having an immediate impact on matters relating to mental health, human rights, and global unrest. The fundraising target is 40k if achieved an additional 20% will be added to the total from the Mental Health & Global Relief Ultra Trading Challenge upon completion of the 6 week duration. As a result, the total funds generously donated from supporters is targeted for 44k or 22k for each charity.

Trading Challenge Target & Rules

Design and implement trading strategy posting 5% weekly performance.

Certain physical/mental skills and knowledge are required to attain the target and develop perhaps a little discipline.

1. Daily ultra like training - 110 hrs weekly from Asia open to New York close conducting research/test/analyze/meditate and repeat, document strategy as well as personal (physical/mental) performance

2. Don't bring a knife to a gunfight - know what tools to apply for each scenario/beast/riot, systematic risk management, trade selection, and implementation,

3. Never enter a room without knowing how to exit - always have a clear exit strategy, rather than shoot from the hip.

Sally Army + Mind^3 * (Me - 2x) = Challenge

Imagine the dog from Marley and Me, full of energy, curious, and slightly impulsive, "time-outs" for kids didn't exist, Joe Jackson's parenting wasn't necessarily frowned upon, belts = acceptable. Under Pressure, it was certainly pushing me down, contrite looking at the Man in the Mirror were the next 10 years.

Fortunately, science and awareness caught up dramatically and was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Having proper support in identifying and taming the albatross within was a beacon of hope. No longer was it a disability, the invaluable insight of the disorder, and understanding of triggers affecting my mental health, associated anxiety and depression, mercurial attention span/lack thereof, stammer, and other struggles socially or with particular tasks/deadlines. This awareness empowered me to focus on the positives, using the triggers to harness the manic into productive energy and relevant skills (pattern recognition, acting quickly, obsessive tendencies - data/details/unsocial). No longer do I stammer, but I will always have ADHD which may develop into other conditions but learning to more than simply live with it but leverage its advantages was completely life-changing. Mental health is still broadly misunderstood, especially in children and in the workplace as adults, proper diagnosis is key, along with awareness and support for which I advocate with passion.
