Vietnam 2019
Not quite
Unfortunately this project was not successful.

We aim to spend time with the local community and engage in projects requested by the locals, such as building much needed footpaths.

by Malaika Bashir in Reading, England, United Kingdom

This year I have been so fortunate as to be granted an amazing opportunity by school to visit Vietnam in order to help the residents and aid the development of the village infrastructure through projects requested by the locals such as building much needed brick ovens for families, in order to provide them a safer manner in which to cook, as well as building necessary footpaths to help make the lives of residents easier. In addition to this, we will attempt to engage with children to help them develop their english and practice their basic language skills . It promises to be both a wonderful learning opportunity as well as one which will allow us to help those in need beyond England.

Any help would be much appreciated as I am not sure I will be able to partake without.
