I have been playing tennis since i was five years old and have achieved a ranking of six in Great Britain. I am currently ranked 126 due to a string of injuries. I am currently at sixth form studying A-levels and working six days a week at the local pub as a waitress. I am also a level 2 tennis coach and I coach children tennis four and a half hours a week, even working all these hours, I am unable to find the funds for what is now a critical operation to ensure my future in tennis. My parents have been continually supportive, but they can no longer do anything for me. Tennis is and always has been my dream vocation and I can not imagine my life without it. Pictured above is Judy Murray who I have been fortunate to have met and played against and she has encouraged me to follow my passion no matter what. Please help me realise my dreams to enable me to have the operation I need. The operation is to remove torn cartilage from beneath the joint and removed inflamed tissue from within the joint and drain the excess fluid. My consultant is confident that this will resolve my issues, leading to a successful tennis future. Any donation no matter how small is welcome and much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
