Untitled Film- Black Wing Films

by Ruby Woods in Plymouth, Devon, England

We did it
On 23rd December 2016 we successfully raised £150 with 12 supporters in 42 days

As we are students the funds will be used in getting more equipment for filming in order to produce the best final product possible.

New stretch target

With the streth reach target we would be able to buy a proper mic, with the attached boom pole. We would also be able to buy the proper filming lights. We would be able to offer poster to sell for the charity at the showing event.

The film is about 2 students. One is a photographer and one day he notices this girl in the library. He thinks she will be perfect for his next project so he takes a chance and asks if he can photograph her. She's reluctant, but through time together, and them becoming close she agrees. They do the shoot but when the photos are shown at in the gallery, the photos are not quite what she expected them to be.

We aim to raise money for charity connected with the film and hope to show it in the cinema or theatre in Plymouth University. In order to be able to sell the tickets for the showing and raise the money we want to make the film as good as possible to attract people to come and to spread the message intended.

Your money would go towards:

Equipment needed-

Stabiliser/steadycam £35-£40

Slide £15-£20

Boom mic lead £10

Lighting £15 (£30 for filming lights)

Rode Mic £50 (if possible)
