We're two weeks in and things are moving in the right direction. We're starting to gain traction, but please keep spreading the word so that we can reach our goal of 100 supporters!

Leontine Hass - Vocal & Performance Coach
Leontine Hass is an internationally renowned vocal & performance coach. Leontine coaches singers in commercial recorded music including pop, rock, jazz, soul and R&B. She also works with performers in the world of musical theatre and opera. Her large international client list includes chart recording artists, most recently Shakira, as well as West End leads and swings, opera singers with technical challenges and singing teachers. She has served as vocal consultant to major West End shows and had the opportunity to sit in on West End audition panels.
Leontine also enjoys teaching young aspiring singers and people who consider themselves to be ‘tone-deaf’. As a vocal coach, Leontine loves to find solutions to vocal challenges. She enjoys working with people who are passionate about their craft. She is a rigorous teacher with empathy and a sense of humour. Her teaching draws on a balance of science based knowledge, years of experience, an in-depth knowledge of how voices work, and a passion for music and the craft of the performer. She is a highly intuitive and compassionate teacher who can get a performer through a vocal crisis, as well as a confidence crisis.
Leontine has acted as vocal consultant to various music managements and production companies including ITV and the BBC. Shows include several series of ‘The Voice’(BBC/ITV), ‘Surprise, Surprise (ITV) and being featured as mentor/vocal coach in The Gareth Malone show, ‘The Naked Choir’ for BBC2. Leontine has coached many hit A Capella groups including members of The Swingle Singers, Collabro, The Magnets and The Sons of Pitches.
Dean Austin - Musical Director
Dean has over 25 years experience in theatre with West End, National and International tours, fringe, pantomimes, workshops and TV credits, specialising in both cabaret, notably with Adele Anderson & William Ludwig and new writing. He also has vast experience as an audition/rehearsal pianist throughout the theatre industry, and is a very experienced vocal coach, having worked in most of the major drama schools, currently Associated Studios.
Credits include GLOOMY SUNDAY with Adele Anderson, CABARET AT THE COLISEUM at the English National Opera, ADAM & EVE & STEVE at the King's Head Theatre, the European Premiere of DEATH TAKES A HOLIDAY at Charing Cross Theatre which was nominated for Best Musical Direction by The Offies, ALLEGRO at the Southwark Playhouse, DUSTY at Charing Cross Theatre, ELEGIES FOR ANGELS, PUNKS & RAGING QUEENS at the Criterion Theatre, the European Premiere of DESSA ROSE at Trafalgar Studios which was nominated for Best Musical Direction by Broadway World, the London Premiere of JEKYLL & HYDE at the Union Theatre, the World Premiere of ZORRO at the Garrick Theatre which was nominated for Best New Musical at The Oliviers and SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM (Associate MD) at Leicester Square Theatre.

Pia Rickman - Actor Trainer, Script Coach and Intimacy Director
Pia has worked extensively in feature films, commercials and TV drama series as an assistant director, and later as a production manager. She initially trained as a director at Drama Centre, Central St. Martins, where alumni include Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy, Anne-Marie Duff and Colin Firth. After six years in Finland, she moved back to London in 2014 to pursue a specialisation in actor training and coaching at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is happiest when working with actors and directors, and exploring together the wonderful world of the screenplay, and how to bring the words on the paper alive.
In 2019 she trained as an intimacy coordinator for stage and screen with Ita O’Brien/ Intimacy on Set, and she continues to develop her practice through mentorship and collaboration. In addition to coaching actors for their auditions in London, her recent screen coaching credits include a feature film The Unknown Soldier (2017) with a Finnish director Aku Louhimies.
