This is an enthusiastic woman in her 40s who considers it is the right moment to develop her own headhunting entrepreneurship after different working and non working periods.
My experience in life and labour market gives me the necessary skills and know-how to lead an initiative with some other colleagues from different professional sectors (recruiting, education, health, etc.) that help other women to come back to work.
First focused on resourcing but aimed at 360 headhunting business in the medium term.
I want to make emphasis on three vulnerable groups:
1. Young women seeking their first job.
2. Mature women seeking come back to work after some years away -e.g. bringing children up at home.
3. Non-native speaking women with overseas education.
I will provide them some tailored retraining and support (self-presentation skills, LinkedIn profile optimisation, etc.) and will help them to develop a professional presentation short video to show their skills in a fresh and practical way, from a differentiation perspective.
Employers wise, I will develop a package to emphasize the opportunity of endorsing diversity alongside competitiveness when working with us.
I will manage market standard fees, combined with season promotions.
