In October 2018 the journey began as I reflected and started thinking about my experiences in UK, through many challenges and exploits, I have come up with the KEY (keep educating yourself) idea that inspires me more in creating my own care company where the emphasis will be on education and personal development in order to maximise the potential that people do have through training or CPD.
I am very passionate about this because, from day one when I started my career as a care-assistant, I was touched by my responsibility and duty of care towards the vulnerable and how much they expected me to deliver a quality care and support as well as the respect of their dignity. I was always thinking about my late mum and vowed to take care of them the same way I would wish for my mum, meaning going the extra mile and maximising the care quality. This is what inspired the name of my care company 'MaxxiCare' which was finally birthed on 31 March 2020.
The project is to continue training under this unprecedented difficult time of COVID-19 and confidently maximise candidates' potential on contemporary issue knowledge and equip them to become valuable in the market place. While the changing of policies, procedures and strategies are taking place, we are trusting that things will get better and the need to support the more vulnerable is also increasing within the sector. The global COVID-19 pandemic has built uncertainty in people's mind and created fear to increase and take over. However, a great number of people are still looking for opportunity to be trained and get jobs especially within Health &Social Care.
We are still getting a large number of people calling to ask when the next training will be available and possibility to start work as soon as possible.
