We did it
On 26th August 2017 we successfully raised £341 with 12 supporters in 56 days
Tourism class: english + computer lessons for the children of Gili Air. We are raising money for 6 months classes.

The tourism in Gili Air is booming. All the kids of Gili Air are in direct contact with tourism.
We have a fabulous teacher on the island teaching English to our staff at Slow Villas & Spa.
We are raising money to pay him for 6 months to teach the children, what they'll typically need to communicate with tourists.
We want to see what the return is of the children, if there is interest and if it is a success. This will be the beginning of something beautiful for the children of Gili Air and we hope to be able to help them grow.
We start with giving them a tourism class, where they can learn english and some basic computer skills during 6 months, weekly and we'll build it up from there.
