Lost the Plot Theatrical was established earlier this year and is made up of four young producers and seeks to bring family entertainment to the South West.

Richard and Jonathan Brindley - both of whom are from Devon originally both trained as actors at The Royal Academy of Music and East 15 Acting School respectively. They began in amateur theatre in Plymouth, Tavistock and Torbay and have worked professionally with local companies such as Illyria and Moonstone Theatre. For the past three years they have both worked in theatre management - alongside their acting careers - in London's West End. Richard has recently finished the No1. UK Tour of The Railway Children.

Edward Johnson, studied at the University of Exeter, and since graduating has produced and directed an extensive number of family shows, musicals and plays which have toured the UK and Internationally to great acclaim. He recently directed and co-produced a new musical adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which is currently touring theatres across Italy. He is currently an Associate Producer at the West-End and Broadway production company Adam Blanshay Productions.

And finally, Luke Chambers who trained at RADA in stage management. Luke has worked on West End shows like Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera and Matilda the Musical. Earlier this year he opened with the Broadway transfer of An American in Paris, currently playing at London's Dominion Theatre.

Richard, one of the shows producers, said "we are so thrilled to be bringing a show to the Palace Theatre in Paignton. I have very fond memories of playing Dick Whittington with PPP at the Palace before going off to train and so it seemed the perfect place to launch our company! Torbay has a fantastic community spirit and we're excited to be working with the theatre's manager, Maureen McAllister, who is bringing in some wonderful shows to this much loved theatre."
