We did it
On 2nd April 2019 we successfully raised £10 with 1 supporters in 4 days

We aim to raise as much money as we can to help those who have nothing. Those who need the most. To give is to love and to love is to live.

We are a team of 6 members: Cristina, Evdokia, Talitiane, William, Shouq, and Danyah. We are all students in the same university who are currently studying Business and Management - Entrepreneurship.

Working with more than 131 countries around the world, we chose The Salvation Army for our crowdfunding project because we believe in offering unconditional friendship and helping those in need who are of any age, background and based on all of their needs, whatever they might be. Also, The Salvation Arm helps one at a time, believing that each person is infinitely valuable and equally worthy.

The Salvation Army is a charity that is based in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

The reason that we, as a team, chose to support this charity is that we support their causes, values, and mission.

Their value proposition is focused mainly on ending poverty, homelessness and not only helping but also teaching people by empowering them, supporting them in a business start-up perspective. The Salvation Army is a great charity that helps people of all backgrounds and religions and is a trustworthy company that is always willing to help those in need.

We want to raise a world without poverty and injustice and for that, it is important to equip, empower, and enable the communities to defeat poverty and injustice for a better life and a better future.

The Salvation Army is not only about helping people, but it’s also about empowering them and that is what caught our attention. Training and teaching are available for those in need, those who want to start their own businesses.

The Salvation Army works within 5 different projects:

  • International Projects Office (clean water, food security, and income generation)
  • Anti-trafficking Modern Slavery
  • Anti-trafficking
  • Gender Justice
  • UK’s Mission Support Allocation (Funds Transfer).

We consider The Salvation Army as a reliable, trustworthy, transparent and honest business. They are passionate about helping others and so are we. Everyone deserves a chance, any gender, age, background, and needs and we are carefully willing to help everyone that wants to make a change.

All of us have dreams, all of us wants to achieve greater and better things but only a few of us have the chance to. The Salvation Army truly respects the people and the planet, they are thinking about everything and everyone and this is what we believe it makes a change.

Help us raise this campaign because only together, we can achieve more. We are all about helping each other.

Thank you so much for hearing our words, it means a lot for us to help raise this campaign for The Salvation Army and believe in the same things that we do.

Many regards from the team members,
