The Odinstead project is a Lincolnshire based project to develop and run a carbon neutral farm dedicated to sustainable living and promoting british rare breeds.
When built, the farm will be entirely self sufficient, providing fodder for the livestock and having our own water and power supplies. We intend to sell our produce as locally as possible to minimise our carbon footprint, and regularly hold our own farmers markets to support local producers and businesses.
The farm will also contain a small campsite, giving families the chance to stay and explore the countryside and see where their food really comes from. They will also get the chance to interact with out flock of free range ex-battery hens.
