This project will be there to help as many males and their friends and families find their voices and have full support ,advice and information given through THE LET'S TALK SCHEME.
Men need to feel equal and just as important when it comes to raising issues about their mental health. We want them to know they can be open with their feelings and emotions without the fear and stigma attached to men's mental health.
We want to help men who have been subjected to domestic abuse we want to help them find their voice and help them rebuild every aspect of their lives back up and make them feel amazing.
Not only that but we are really passionate about the younger generation and how they see mental health so we want to help teens as well understand the importance in talking and acknowledging mental health in a positive way and show it is ok not to be ok. Helping these teens who have just left school to stay on the right path and despite whatever grade, they have or not to build on their dreams.
Our other priority is to work with males that have been in prison and their families to help them to build there lives back up again. We want to encourage them to build on there confidence and self-esteem and any skills they have learnt whilst in prison. As well as encouraging life -skills so we can help them search for jobs or help them to build dreams into businesses as well as helping them to look for accommodation.
