The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a huge increase in mental health issues. More people than ever are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and depression, to name but a few.
The Happiness Club was created to help people learn how to look after their mental health and wellbeing. It is an online membership club that gives people daily strategies to follow as well as running live member webinars, live meditations and giving members 24/7 access to a qualified therapist on an ad hoc, in the moment basis. So they receive real help and support whenever they need it, someone to metaphorically hold their hand through whatever they are experiencing.
More recently, in response to the effect of the pandemic on our children, we have created The Happiness Club for Kids and The Happiness Club for Young Adults. Each of these online clubs provide weekly videos and tasks for our young people to use, to help them learn how to look after their mental and emotional wellbeing.
We do a lot of pro bono work already. We help a lot of people for free. But we want to help more people and we need your help to do it. This mental health crisis that we are facing is impacting so many people.
Members have described The Happiness Club as "life-changing", as an "invaluable source of support" and a "life saver".
Members say "I am utterly amazed at how supported I feel" and "It has completely changed my perspective on life" and "What you do is amazing".
£25 will buy one month's membership of The Happiness Club for someone aged over 18.
£15 will buy one month's membership of The Happiness Club for Young Adults for someone aged between 12 and 18.
£10 will buy one month's membership of The Happiness Club for Kids for someone aged between 4 and 11.
Please help us to help more people look after their mental wellbeing.
Thank you so much.
