So in the next 10months I will be starting a journey to get myself fitter and healthier to tackle The Great Glencoe Challenge next July  which will see me and 2 others walking 26.2 miles within 12hours. We will be starting at Fort William and finishing at Glen Nevis. While training and taking on this great challenge I thought it would be a great idea to set this up to raise some money to give back and in the end I shall be gifting the money to The ABF which is the The Army Benevolent Fund. This is a great cause and with being a wife of a soldier is close to the heart. A little about the ABF The overall scale, breadth and range of support is vast. They help very young serving families cope with a sudden bereavement or traumatic loss. They provide wide-ranging support to wounded soldiers, many of whom will need increasing financial assistance for decades to come. They provide help with housing, education and training for employment for soldiers and veterans of all ages. They are there for older veterans and their widows or widowers when they find themselves lonely or isolated. So I would greatly appreciate if you came along on the journey and show your support and allow me to give back to something that would help me and my family if anything had to happen. Thank you for reading and I hope to be able to get to my target and possibly more.
