We have a team of highly qualified individuals from the Fitness Industry that specialise in injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as functional training.
The functional training is all driven towards building strength and endurance based on movements from every day life. These are based on 7 movements, squat, lunge, plank, push, pull, rotate and hinge.
The team is made up of qualified Personal Trainers and Sports Massage Therapists who also teach people to become personal trainers themselves, not only do we offer the chance of aiding people to become fitter, we can help them move into the fitness industry by helping them become qualified as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and/or a Sports Massage Therapist.
We wish to use any funds to buy new and unique equipment that will aid us in our aim to provide the best possible training and care for our clients.
