Network Housing Project has opened The Dignity Project for domestic abuse survivors and are the first ever providers of supported accommodation to use binaural healing for trauma recovery.
We have also sourced lawyers with access to the governments CICA fund compensation for domestic abuse survivors and she has also incorporated language sharing programmes so that different speaking survivors with a shared experience can teach each other new language skills meaning access to a global job market is easier, racism is combatted and networks between survivors are bonded and secure and in existence for empowerment.
Our goal is to see the recovery from domestic abuse to be the change that creates the end of domestic abuse. If we can move focus from crisis to recovery we will see change.
