When I was charged with false allegations I was fraught with anxiety and stress. Ashamed and embarrassed, I felt I had no one to turn to and that everyone thought I was ‘no good’ and a criminal. Now I understand the in-justice system. Allegations can be brought by the prosecutor by manipulation of evidence and a subjective opinion: this is unlawful. Thank you, especially to Niccola for all the support through the worst experience of my life.

Good work supporting those of us who feel we have no voice, RUI for over 2 years with zero contact from the police has driven me to distraction. Trial fast approaching where I will be acquitted, not that the Prosecution police or CPP care. Thank you.

Time for the scales of justice to be rebalanced

As a victim of a false, historic allegation, alongside my poor husband who was legally charged with 7 (all false) allegations and then had a further 6 illegal 'specimen' charges added and unlawfully found guilty of all! Whilst this was more than 10 years ago now, I want to help others to get justice and see an end to all these ridiculous cases where there's not a shred of 'real' evidence, only the lies told by the accuser, which in years gone by would have been deemed inadmissable as it is hearsay!

Liam, Hannah you are an inspiration! England has a Victim and a Domestic Abuse Commissioner (which I commend), but there is no Commissioner for Defendants. Liam, you are the nearest this country has! Please don't ever give up, no matter how hard the hurdle. Thank you for all of your work!
